- 4 x 4 Minutes Blocks

- 6 Players + Server (2 Attacking FB and 2 Attacking WF's, 2 Defending Players FB and CB)

Working on developing the relationship between the FB and Winger/Wide forward

Attacking FB and WF to rotate after each go

Once we get into a good position can we use the correct type of cross for the situation.

- Shaded area cut back to the penalty spot (On coming player represented by mini goal)

- Low and hard across front post (Attacker indicated by mini goal)

- Stood up to the back post (Goal across middle to ensure height is put on ball)

Blocks 1 and 2 (Shadow defending to gain success)

Block 1 - FB on on the outside (Overlap)

(Manage the opposition CB to stay narrow inside as they wouldn't want to get dragged out in a full game)

Block 2 - FB on the inside (Underlap)
