Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Build out - Playing through lines

PEM

Organization/Setup:

• PEM - Playing through lines 
• 1, 4, 3,6 + target or goal 
• 2 groups one going each direction
• set up a build out line 
• place two large cones on the build out line set up like forwards 

Instructions/Achievement Criteria:

• Gk, starts with the ball, plays into the 4 
• The 6 should start to move as the  pass is played 
• 4 then plays it back to the gk
• 6 should be between the attacking players on a half turn 
• gk plays to the 6 
• 6 plays to the 3 making a run forward 
• 3 plays into the target 

Once they understand the pattern make it a competition 

how many balls can they get to the target 

Have they all received back foot 

was everything 2 touch ( catch and play)
