However midfield players swap areas so that they have to play past the other colour to get ball to their attackers.
Forwards can, if appropriate, come short into midfield area to support (blue defenders can follow but blue midfielders can’t block/tackle)
One midfielder can move into attacking area to support (one must stay). If defenders regain – play through to opposition midfielder that stayed back

Concurrent practices. 5 x blues vs. 3 yellows + GK on one half. 4 x yellows vs. 2 blues + 1 GK on other half.
Midfield players (in central area) can play straight in or combine to play in. Attackers can play back to midfielders if necessary
Attackers try to score – defenders score a point by regaining and playing into opposition midfielders or 2 points if they can run the ball (under control) into the midfield area
