Tecnical (20 mins)
Key Factors
Distribution,
Ensure that the players receive the ball with their body in an open body shape.
Controlling the ball with the back foot and distributing with the front foot
Organisation
Set an inner diamond and out diamond shape with cones.
Starting off with players on the outside of the inner cones.
Simply ask the players to pass the ball in first a clockwise and then an anti-clockwise direction.
Progression
Move the players to the outer cones so that the players have to use a different technique to distribute the ball over a bigger distance.
