Set Up:
Set up an area 20x30 and divide the team into two
Play is a 2v2 inside the area. Anytime the ball is played out of bounds, the team that lost possession goes to the back of their teams line and 2 new players come in. If a goal is scored, the team that conceded the goal goes to the back of the line and two new players enter the 2v2

5 small goals positioned at the edge of the playing area

Set up two grids side by side, divide team evenly. Each grid is 20 yards long. Complete 8 reps of each side
For the left:
Sprint forward, tight turns (facing forward the entire time) around the center pole and sprint to the end
For the right:
Sprint as fast as possible around each pole
