2 Players work at exactly the same time while 1 player rests in the Rest box.
10 x Full Circuits each Player
Both Players Start with there back to to the cone.
On Coaches Shout Players Turn and Sprint To The First Cone Facing Them, Change Direction And Sprint to the Cone to there Right, When they reach the cone they again change direction and Sprint to Cone at top or bottom of circuit. When They reach the peak of the circuit they wait to go again or if you have reached End you have a rest until the next person reaches the end.
Every circuit is started ont the coaches start and always with back to cone/1st Cone.
