Organization:
Dimensions: 20yds W x 30 yds L (With a line of cones across the half of the field)
Game: 3 player passing forward practice
Game Rules: Receiving and Passing forward technical practice with no pressure. The player in the middle stay in the middle for the whole duration of the repetition and then switch out with a player from the outside. The objective of the practice is for the player in the middle move into the half and look to receive the ball and dribble across to the other half before passing a ball to the player on the other end line. Players in the middle work for 30-45 seconds before switching out.
Progress this activity: You progress this activity then by having the player in the middle receive the ball from one end and dribble across to the other half and play to a different player on the end line. This forces the player to get their head up and see which forward pass is available.

Dimensions: 20yds W x 30 yds L
Game: 2v2+1 plus bounce players (25 minutes)
Game Rules: 2v2 in the game area plus 1 neutral player that is with the team in possession. On the outsides you have two players positioned on each side of a mini goal serving as bounce players. Objective is for the team in possession to take advantage of the neutral player in the middle to create a 3v2 but also play forward into the bounce players. Neutral player in the middle cannot score.
Point system: 1 point if the team in possession passes directly into one of the forward bounce players. 2 points if the team in possession passes into the bounce player, and they play it back into the team and they score a goal.

Challenge: Can you play into the bounce player and then score into the goal?
Conditions: You Must play into the bounce player before scoring a goal.

Dimensions: 30yds W x 40 yds L
Game: 5v5 play forward game with keepers to big goals.
-If goals are not available or not enough keepers, player to mini goals.
Game is 5v5 with the objective of receiving to play forward. Regular game rules with 1 point earned for each goal that is scored. If the team wins the ball back and is able to complete 4 passes before scoring, the goal is worth 2pts. Encourage players to create angles of support for the player on the ball to receive and go forward.
