Progression 2: Players in Yellow can only pass to Blue Players. Blue can only Pass to Red. Red can only pass to Yellow
Progression 3: Play one touch.
Coaching Points: Players to to constantly assess the situation, changing positions to provide options to play with the ball.
Players need to be aware of:

5V3 in a 20X15 grid
- 6 x Attackers (orange) positioned inside lines of the grid and Pivot in the middle.
- The ball always starting with the centre backs when out of play.
- 3 Defenders (white) in the central area to prevent the orange team playing from centre backs (5 and 6) to centre forward (9).
- Centre backs (orange 5 and 6), Attacking midfielders (8 and 7) and centre forward (9) can move along their designated lines only.
- The Pivot (4) can occupy positions inside the area. The defenders can move anywhere but in a realistic shape of a defensive unit.
Orange Team (Attackers) maintain positions and possession of the ball with the emphasis on playing forward from centre backs to centre forward (9) with the Pivot (4) dropping in between the centre backs to receive and pass forward.
Red Team (Defenders): If the ball is won, play directly to Server to simulate a counter attack in a game, or maintain possession for 5 passes as the Blue 6 presses.
Coaching Points:
- Players need to move in anticipation of ball movement to provide passing options to allow their team to maintain possession at a minimum or preferably play forward to the 9.
- Pivot need to recognize when to drop in between the centre backs to help maintain possession and shape body in order to play forward if possible.
