Set Up
As shown above... 6x6 or 10x10 square depending on age group.
Organization:
12x12 Square
Passing around the outside of the square
Groups with different coloured cones
Coaching Points:
Check shoulder
Open up body
Control the ball with the high foot
Control the ball with the inside of the foot
First touch in direction you want to go
Pass with the inside of the foot
Must be played outside of square
Progressions / Variations:
- Change direction of the ball when coach says
Change direction of the ball when a coloured bib is held up
Last team to do so gets a strike
First team to so many passes

Set Up
As shown above... Triangle (6x6x6 or bigger depending on age group) 4-5 players per exercise
Organization
1. A passes to B & follows pass, B passes to C & follows pass, C dribbles home, D waits for A to move on before starting the next one.
* 2-3 minutes in one direction & then go the otherway
* add competition to increase intensity - 6 rotations one and then 6 rotations the other way (first done wins).
2. A passes to B & follows pass, B passes back to A (1 or 2 touch) & A passes back to B around the cone, B passes to C feet or in to space (C makes the decision with signal or communication), C dribbles home, D waits for A to move on before starting the next one.
* 2-3 minutes in one direction & then go the otherway
* add competition to increase intensity - 6 rotations one and then 6 rotations the other way (first done wins).

Organization
1. B opens up and A passes the ball to B, then follows pass, B controls the ball & passes to C (C should open up on the opposite side to B), C controls the ball then dribbles home, D waits for A to move on before starting the next one.
* 2-3 minutes (make sure players players open up on both sides)
* add competition to increase intensity - first team to complete 'x' amount of rotations or the team that completes
