  • Aerobic capacity exercise that stresses the metabolism of the players
  • High aerobic to threshold running bouts 

⚽Key Coaching Points

  • Players run one by one according to their physical capacities benchmark
  • Players have to adapt and alternate their running intensities accordingly
  • The speed alternation sequence is fast to slow recovery running intensity
  • The distances that players are required to cover are 14 meters, 18 meters and 34 meters
  • When a players completes each of the 3 speed ''increases'' the he returns with slow run to the facing off-set from when therefore initiates the prospective running sequence
  • Players will execute  2 sets of 4 minutes interspersed by 1:30 minutes rest
  • Coach motivates the players in order to deliver their best performance
