Quickstrike FC is a premier soccer program that competes at the Regional and National levels.
Our primary focus is the development of player values; including commitment to excellence, sportsmanship, as well as technical, tactical and team skills required to fulfill potential and progress to the highest level of play. The program provides high standard of excellence as it relates to a professional coaching and training.

Organization:
4 cones in 'Y' shape
10 yards from start line to far cones 'C'
5 yards from start line to first cone 'B'
5 to 8 yards from cone 'B' to cones 'C'
Players line up at 'A' with ball
Instructions:
2 to 3 minutes on each variation. Rest between variations with dynamic stretch, Quick Feet Series (front to back, side to side, 1-2 hold, jumps)
Variation 1 - Pass, Lay-off, Pass, Dribble:
Players on each cone, remaining players line up at 'A' with one ball each.
Player at 'A' passes ball to player at 'B'
Player at 'B' passes ball back to player at 'A'
Player at 'A' passes ball to either player at 'C' (alternate sides).
Player at 'A' runs to 'B'
Player at 'B' runs to 'C'
Player receiving ball at 'C' dribbles ball to back of line at 'A'
Variation 2 - Pass, Turn, Combination:
Players on each cone, remaining players line up at 'A' with one ball each.
Player at 'A' passes ball to player at 'B', jogs to 'B'
Player at 'B' turns, passes ball to player at 'C' (alternate sides) and jogs to 'C'
Player at 'C' passes ball to player jogging to 'C'
Player jogging to 'C' passes ball one touch/1 - 2 back to player runngin from 'C' to back of line at 'A'

Organization:
Split group into pairs, one ball per player, one cone between players with ball on top. Players stand opposite their partner, approx 10 yards from cone.
Instructions:
Players take it in turns to kick their ball at the center ball trying to knock it off the cone. Partner repeats.
Coaching Points:
Angle of approach - 35/45 degrees.
Speed of approach.
Strike with laces, toes pointed down.
Supporting foot alongside ball, not infront or behind.
Look at target.
Strike through ball, shooting foot to land beyond point of contact.
Hip movement.
Progressions/Regressions:
P/R - Increase/decrease distance to ball.
P - Add competition:
(i) How many successful kicks in 2 or 3 minutes.
(ii) First to 5, 10 successful kicks.

Organization:
Half field.
Two keepers who rotate.
Three channels.
Coach with multiple soccer balls at edge of 18 yard box.
Players split by channel.
Instructions:
Coach passes ball to edge of 18 yard box. Players take it in turns to shoot on goal then rotate to next channel.
Coaching Points:
Angle of approach - 35/45 degrees.
Speed of approach.
Strike with laces, toes pointed down.
Supporting foot alongside ball, not infront or behind.
Look at target.
Strike through ball, shooting foot to land beyond point of contact.
Hip movement.
First touch - control, penetrate, direction (to goal), set up shot.
Improvisation.
Progressions:
P - Competition. How many goals in two or three minutes.
P - Use weak foot.
P - One touch shot.
P - Add defender at 'A' and 'B' who attempt to win ball as it is passed to attacker.
P - Player on right passes/crosses to player on left who shoots.
P - 2 v 2.
P - Player on left passes/crosses to player on right who shoots.

Organization:
Half field.
5 v 5 + keeper - adjust based on number of players giving offense extra player.
Multiple soccer balls with keeper.
Two small goals at corners/halfway line.
Two zones in corner marked by cones.
Extra keeper if available.
Instructions:
Keeper distributes ball to attacking team.
Open play.
Defending team plays to small wide goals at halfway line.
Coaching Points:
Use of width.
Creativity.
Accuracy of shot(s).
Two touch.
Get into 18 yard box.
Shooting technique.
Progressions:
P - Give team playing to big goal extra player.
P - 3, 2, 1 touch max.
P - Goal worth two if made from low cross out of red zone/coned area and into 6 yard box.
