(45ydx60yd) (10-15mins) (progressions unlimited, two, & one touch)
Objective
(Focusing on spells of possession but also the defensive shape of those defending)
(Helps midfielder with positioning when defending and awareness when attacking.)
(Rather than just kicking the ball out player must win it & keep possession, game-like situation)

Midfield Possession with Attacking
Players will have 5v5 with one neutral. Targets will be available on the outside with one touch & one attacking player near the goal as an outlet.
(35ydx55yd) (15-25mins) (progressions unlimited, two, & one touch)
Objective
Midfielders will need to complete 10 passes in the midfield box before finding the attacking outlet.
Once the outlet is found one midfielder will come out from the box and attack with the attacker in a 2v1.
(Emphasizing great spells of possession & immediate reaction when the ball is lost)
(Staying composed in the midfield and breaking the line when necessary to create a game-like situation)
