Session Objective- To be able to fully understand the importance of movement and support.

Activity 2- Forward passing play
Group is split into two groups. each player will stand outside of the square. 1 defender will be inside the square and locked into that square. the players have to get a certain amount of balls from one end of the grid to the other without the defender, interecting or blocking a pass.
Variations- Add a second defender if there finding it easy, they only have a certain amount of time to get the ball from one side to the other.
If the groups finding it hard, the defender in the middle will only apply pressure and will not look to win the ball of the players.
Coaching points
- Can the first pass from the players be forward.
- Players should not be stood still and should always be looking to become an opition for there team mates.
- Can the players become confident to use different type of passes.

Small sided Game- 3v3 or 4v4
Players will be divided into teams, based upon the activities the players have been in can they take what they've learnt into the game and be confident to but it into a game.
Coaching points
- Can players be vocal to call for the ball on a consistent basis.
- Can the players first thought when passing is can we go forward.
- Knowing when to pass and when to dribble into the open space.
- Can players become confident to use skills.

Warm up (15 mins)
Warm up- possession game.
Players split into two teams, the objective of the team is to kepp the ball of the other team for as long as possible.
The players should remember form last week, the importance of off the ball movement and to support the team player who is in control of the ball.
Variations- the group have to make a certain number of passes in order to score a point.
Coaching points
- Can the player on the ball make the correct and accruate pass.
- Can the players become vocal to ask for the ball when they get into good open space.
