Screen 1

  • We make 2 similar grids.
  • Players divided into 2 groups and set up as shown in the fig.
  • A is the start point. 1 player at B and 1 at C.
  • Player at A makes a pass to Player B and makes a run at point D.
  • Then Player at B makes a pass to the Player at D and makes a run at A to join the line.
  • Player at D makes a pass to player at C and moves inside towards point B to support.
  • Player at C makes a pass towards B and the moves towards D.
  • Continue the same process.
  • Limit the touches to ! touch after some time.
  • Focus on accuracy, Passing intensity and movement intensity.

  • We make 6 boxes.
  • Attacking team has 8 players.
  • Defending team has 5 players.
  • Which ever zone the ball is there should be 3 attackers and remaining all zones should have 1 player each.
  • Defenders will be in 1 zone each leaving 1 zone without defender.
  • Attacking Team objectives: Keep the ball moving from one zone to other, Increase the intensity by reducing the number of touches to 1 touch, work on positioning of support and movement intensity, work on accuracy intensity of passing.
