Instructions:
- Play starts when attacking player (B) in the middle checks away from the passing player (A). Player A plays a short-short pass with Player B before playing long to Player (C).
- Player C now dribbles into the field and looks to attack Player A who enters the field as a defender (2v1)
- Player B will look to overlap Player C as they attack to try to stop the ball on the endline for a point.
Coaching Points:
- Player C look to dribble at the defender to get him to commit
- Player B timing of the overlap
- Visual cues to develop the play
- Player C dribbling with the correct foot
- Player C passing with the correct foot and surface
- Player C adding, disguising or performing moves to unbalance defender
Progressions:
- Add a goal, but cannot score until inside attacking half

Organization:
- Half field or double 18 depending on numbers
- Width of the 18. 3v3 (can go 4v4/5v5, adjust field dimensions)
- One team has two bumpers beside the goal while the other team has two crossers
- Both must remain in their area
Instructions:
- Play 3v3 with the white team looking to combine with one of their end bumpers before being allowed to score.
- Blue must find one of their crossers and attempt to score off of a cross or overlap.
- Dribble or kick ins and no corners.
- Play 5 min and then switch roles.
Coaching Points:
- Blues must create utilizing width
- Passing weight/accuracy
- Movement to receive, angle of your runs
- Deception
- Speed of play
Progressions:
- Blue team: must finish off a volley/header.
- White team: player who passed to the bumper can't score (3rd man run).
- Both teams must finish 1 time.
- Crosser/Bumpers have 1 touch.

Instructions:
Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (rotate players
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.

Instructions:
- Players play soccer tennis
- Players get 3 touches maximum and 1 bounce (2 bounces for younger or less experienced).
- If the player takes the ball out of the air before any bounce, they are not allowed any bounce(s).

- Can they use other parts of their body to control and set up their play (head, chest, thigh, etc.)
- Weight of shot
- Footwork/movement to anticipate the shot
