Set Up:15 by 15yard grid with 4 cones in the middle,4 equal teams with a ball
Instructions: first player from each team dribbles to the middle next player follows defending passive first player does a COD move, in relation to the side the defender is on then passes back to team mate,who does the same and first player now becomes defender
COD are inside cut ,outside cut,u turn cruyff turn ,step on
Coaching Points:turn away from the defender creating distance using the body between ball and defender explode out of the turn and away

Set Up20 by 25 grid ,1 large goal 2 target goals ,two teams
Instructions:attacking team play the ball to defending team who play to coach and ovelaps the coach to defend ,coach plays a one touch to attacking team,3 points for small goals 1 point for large goals,must be over cone and not inside shaded area to count
Coaching Points: focus on first touch to give the oppertunity to strike early,head up to target and recognise keepers position,proper balance and technique,and aiming low corners

Instructions:one team attacks large goals defending team if they score in the target nets ,they switch to attacking team
Coaching Points: work on attacking the space work on all aspects of the session ,speed cod stop starts fients 1v1 2v2 and team play.

A dynamic warm up allowing players to practice ball mastery skills and tricks on the move.
Instructions:
All players should have a ball dribbling around the area performing ball manipulation skills, tricks, turns and feints.
Coaching Points:
Lots of touches of the ball - Coerver moves ,
1) toe taps ,sole taps ,I/O R/L,Both ,pull push ,sole role,Ronaldo chop,scissors,step
Using all different parts of the feet to dribble and turn. If limited space, lots of touches to control the ball.
Awareness of ball, space & other players - Encourage players to get their heads up when dribbling to be aware of the space and other players. If space in front, travel into the space with few touches.
Ball familiarity - Players to be comfortable on the ball and be confident in executing all skills and turns.
