Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Control and turning

Variable Practice

Split into 2 teams of 6. 6 red and 6 blue.

2v2 in the middle of the circle with 4 on each time around the outside. The ball is played into the middle by the team with the ball. The player receiving the ball must then produce some kind of turn to get away from the defender. They must then pass the ball to the players on the outside. The player's on the outside have recieved the ball they must then step into the middle and the player who passed it outside the square goes outside. The player who received the ball must pass to the player on their team. Once they give the ball away the team in possession swap around.For each successful turn the team makes they get a point.
