Organization:
3v3 + 2 neutrals on outside of box.
GK on one end, 2 puggs on opposite end or additional GK if available.
Instructions:
- Team must possess from one neutral to the opposite side neutral = 1 point.
*Passes into neutrals must be on the ground.
- Neutral player then drives down the flank (uncontested) and serves cross into the box for team in possession to try to convert and earn an additional point (1 player from each team must remain in the possession box to facilitate/defend counter-attack.
- Once flank player serves the ball into the box, the game is completely live i.e. the defending team can win the ball at any time and counter to the two puggs. If the original attacking team regains possession, they can go straight to goal without playing to flanks again.
- Game resets to possession grid once ball goes out of play.
Coaching Points:
1. Recognizing moments to exploit width/find neutrals.
2. Speed of play (technique to help with this).
3. Patience to suck defenders in.
Progressions:
- Flank players can be defended once ball is played to them.
- Ball must go from one neutral to the other and then back to the original to allow for cross.
Regressions:
- Designate one team as attacking/one as defending for x amount of time. Allow attacking team to play +1 by designating one defender to the 18 yard box to only defend the cross.

Organization:
70 yards by 80 yards, Cones spanning the width of the 18 yard box, 8 vs 7 + GK
Instructions:
- Both teams are looking to score.
- Wall in the middle of the field is as high as a skyscrapper, the ball CAN NOT pass through the wall but players can.
Coaching Points:
1. Recognizing moments to exploit width
2. Speed of play (technique to help with this)
3. Movement of 7 and 11 to open up width for 2 and 3
4. Patience to suck defenders in centrally
5. Recognizing moments to play in behind.
Progressions:
- When the opposition figure out to mark the wide area's and it becomes tough to playthrough the wings then I would add a 10 passes equals a goal to tryto get the defenders to come out more.
- Additional I would give them the option to playin over the wall if defenders have 4 or more players in front of the wall.
