Main (15 mins)
Organization:
- 9v4, Liverpool rondo.
- 3 teams of 4, adjust to numbers.
- 4 puggs / 1 big goal.
- 30x20 as shown.
Instructions:
- 2 attacking teams (blue and yellow) connect 5 passes for 1 point, additional point each time ball connects wide area to wide area. (All balls on the turf, nothing over the top)
2) Defending team (red) gets 1pt for winning possession, plus 1pt for converting the goal.
Coaching Points:
- Bravery to take central positions and play with awareness under pressure.
- Off-ball movement to supporting angles/positions
- Movement to commit defenders
- Speed of Play
- If you stand still, what can defenders do?
Progressions/Regressions:
P1 - After getting getting to wide area x times, go to big goal for 5 pts.
R1 - 1 less defender/bigger space.

Conditioned Game (20 mins)
Organization:
- 4v4+3 w/ GK
- Short Field as shown to big goals.
Instructions:
Play the whole half to one big goal and two counter goals. Both teams have to play inside the restraining lline which is 35 yards from goal.
Condition: Must dribble or pass into Final endzone
