Screen 1 (15 mins)

Ball Relay

Two teams side by side with three sets of cones along the pitch. Its a relay race with a ball, first player has to run and put the ball in between the first two markers and run back to tag the next player, he then comes back and give to the the next player in line who runs and puts it inbetween the second cones, repeats until last player has to run all the way up and around the pole and come back down. First home wins

P1 - now dribble with a ball

P2 - now dribble but around to cones in between each pair of red cones
