TRANSITION: 2V2+2 (THREE TEAMS)
1. Three teams play possession in 10x10 area or as needed. Two teams play together and are on the attack. One team is defending (against two). If team defending wins the ball they become attackers while the team that gave it away now transitions defend
2. Same as above but now 2v2+2 in a 20x10 area.
