Set Up:
-This can be done by using a wall or a something solid and wooden.
-Place a chaneel area to play in of 20x10.
-Split them into zones of lebgth each 5 yards differnt.
-Make sure the barrier has a target of 5 yards wide.
Exercise:
-Player plays 1-2s agaianst the barrier.
-Player start 20 yards back so power has to sufficent to get ball back that far.
-Do this for 2 minutes then move forward 5 yards.
-Do another 2 minutes then another 5 and so on till only 5 yards away.
-Go back then to the 20 yard mark.
-Do as much as necessary.
Key Points:
-Pace of the pass is key to this exercise.
-Player should not be waiting a long time for the ball to return.
-Make sure she is on her toes and ready to react to a ball bouncing away at an angle.
-Player should not hold onto the ball for longer than 2 seconds.
-Mainly look to use first time passing here.

-Area of 30x20
-Split into even zones.
Exercise:
-Server plays ball to player who plays back.
-The server then calls to player to move left or right.
-Continue passing.
-Carry on this calling left, middle, right.
Key Points:
-The player will be moving to positions fron the CB area to full back areas mimicking movement needed off the ball in a game.
-Place markers down so the player has to move around as opposed to just moving in a staright line.
-Pace of everything is key as well as the accuracey of the passing.

Exercise 1
Set Up:
-A grid of 40x40 but split into 4 10x10s.
Exercise:
-Server (yellow), plays ball to red who plays the pass back first time.
-Red then runs into grid 2 and the same action performs.
-The do grids 3 then 4 etc.
-Do this continually for 2 minutes.
-After 2 minutes switch direction of movment IE: 1-4-3-2-1 and so on.
Key Points:
-Head to remain up looking around when passing and moving.
-Only look down briefly when ball comes to feet but ehn head needs to move straight up.
-Play a firm well paced pass directly back to the server.
-Aganin head needs to be up to look at where you are playing the pass.
