Shape in possession - like to play with 2 in the back, push OB's high and drop HM (#4) in as a pivot
CB's are not strong in possession - Back line is weakest part of team
Prefer to play up their right side (our defending left)
Work to force them to build on their left side (our defending right)
Try to key off of #19 to start attack
Will look to play early through half space on their left (our defending right)
Will leave a lot of space for us to get in channels and between lines
OB's will press high leaving space to attack behind them
CB's do not stay connected, will leave lots of space between them and are easily pulled wide

Goal Kick build out and general shape while building up through central 3rd
CF on the point of the triangle forcing them to our right
LF presses to deny switch
RF stays in passing lane to prevent dribble out
Force pass to OM where we can set trap and counter
LM that split field will be alone in space due to CB's playing wide

Shape in press
Start narrow up top to give their outside back freedom to press our OM
This will leave space for us to attack in flank
If they have to many numbers pressed high to build around
Move L and R forwards wide and press OM's up into half space creating 5v3
Play long over the top - possibly use players at top of 18 to freeze them

First player in each line has a ball in their hands
On go each player runs up to cones
Once at cones they toss the ball in the air and then attempt to head it off the cross bar and bounce back through the cones.
Once successful they run with the ball to the back of the line and roll it between the legs of each player in line
If the ball makes it through the player in the front of the line picks up ball and play continues
Progression:
Must dribble to and from goal and pass with feet through legs
Player on goal line passes ball to partner to head
Heading player stays at goal line / passing player goes to back of line to play through legs
