All the practices are done in the within the same area so easy for transitions.
Looking at working on playing out from the back and how we play out to two split centre half's or to wide midfielders (around the half way line). After discussion with the management team.
Also preparing for the 'what ifs' if play breaks down and wanting the GK to recover quickly for any potential shots on goal or attacks that may come through.

Looking at how we play out from the back and how we want to play
S1 plays the ball to GK who will then play the ball out to S2.
GK will then drop off to receive a pass from S2 or S2 crosses the ball into S1 for the GK to deal with the crossing situation.
If the ball gets played back into the GK the GK plays the ball to S1 where they will recover for a strike from S1.

Looking at how we play when against higher press when having to play to wide midfielders.
S1 plays GK who plays a long pass out to S2 and pushes up the pitch as would in a game.
S2 plays the ball to S1 as this happens GK will recover ready for strike from S1.
