Organization:
Two squares of 10 x 10 (20Lx10W). Four players in the first square.
Pressure of an opponent is present in each square
Instructions:
One player in each side of the square. After 3 touches in one of the squares, the wide player backpedals providing depth in the other square square.
No pattern. Game is free.
Keep the ball away from the oponnent in the middle.
The defender has to touch it to swap with the player that lost it
If multiples of 7 players are not available, have the same defender defend both squares.
Coaching Points:
- Provide width when my partners have the ball
- Receive with furthest foot, pass with the other foot.
- Look for pass to debth when it becomes available.
- Move up and down the line for support in the following square
Progressions:
- Let the two defenders be in the same box to create a 4v2.
- If the players pass consecutively between squares X times, the players inside get penalized

Possession game
Instructions:
Look for the pass to the open space.
17 straight passes is 1 goal. The team in the middle will have to do push ups after every goal.
When the team defending touches the ball, the team that lost it becomes the defending team
Coaching Points:
No passes with the outside of the foot
Turn with the correct foot, pass with the opposite foot.
When my team has the ball, I will provide width to the teammate with the ball.
Progressions:
Make it two touches.
