Move session into game situation and play 6v6, however the safe central zone is still in play to allow both teams to enter it without being challenged to set up the quick play into the final thrid. Structure team shape with defenders, midfielders and forwards with defenders only allowed in their own third midfielders still only allowed in central zone and final third and strikers in the final third.

Game Set Up (20 mins)
Attacking players start with one man in the central area which is the safe zone, only this player can enter this area.
The support player plays the ball into the strikers, then enter the final third and supports them, the attackers then try to score through quick passing and clever combination play.
If a goal is scored or a shot is attempted the game resets from the central zone.
Rotate players so everyone gets the chance to play as the attackers and the defenders, but focus more on the players usual positions, ie strikers will play majority as the strikers and midfielders as the support player.
If defenders win the ball they will try to counter quickly by breaking into the safe zone through the wide cones.
Offside lines set up in both sides to create game realism.
