30x50 yards split into thirds 20:10:20
Rules and Conditions
Team 1 (blue) to make 5 passes and then transfer the ball from one end to the other end. Players waiting to receive the ball on the other side can have two players drop into middle area to link play (can drop in but must keep moving or drop out for someone else to enter). The defending team in the middle zone can send two players to press the ball. The remaining three are looking to block passes through to opposite area. 1 point for switch, 3 points for switching through link player.

Set Up
60 (width) x40 yards. Main goal with three small goals opposite.
Rules and Conditions
Attack vs defense.
Defenders can go anywhere. They are trying to win the ball back and score in any of the small main goals. Attacking players are confined to areas of the field. Midfielders cannot cross horizontal line. Wing backs cannot cross vetical lines. 10's and 9 to stay in central area.
