- One team attacking, one defending. Defenders starting behind the beside the three possible goals, attackers starting opposite.
- The ball gets played into the attacker waiting near the cone, that's the trigger for the defender to press.
- It then becomes a 1v1 challenge, with the attacker aiming to dribble the ball into the goal.
- If the defender wins the ball, they can attack the goal opposite by passing into the goal.
Progression
- Change the trigger & starting positions.
- 2v2 depending on performance.

- Teams split into two, attackers & defending teams, with a GK in the standard goal.
- Two attacking players start halfway, within the centre circle and the two defenders start on either side of the goal.
- Both attacking players breakaway, and run wide past the mini-goals, where a pass is played into space by one of the two defenders.
- One defender presses the ball, whilst the other tracks the movement of the man off the ball.
- The attacking team have to make one pass at least before attacking the goal, where the GK is positioned.
- Play goes on, until out of play or a goal is scored by either team, which means the GK can look to play out if possession is with them.

- Two players starting on the middle cone, facing each other and reacting to each other's movements, swapping each time.
- The blue passing players' aim is to pass the ball into the net with the inside of their foot.
- The red player's task is to stop that pass into the net by reacting, they can only block once the pass has been made.
Progression
- Mirror the setup, opposite each other with only one football, but two defenders. The attacker has the choice of four goals, two either side.
