Equitment: 4 cones. 3 cones mark where the players stand, at the top of the 18 yard box. One cone has a "defender" for players in line 1.
Objectivies:
- 1v1 then shooting
- layoff - touch then shot
- placing the ball in coners
- instep/laces shooting
Instructions:
Player A will peform a move at the cone then shoot. Player A will then collect the ball from Player B, laying off the ball for Player B to either shoot one time or touch then shot. After Player B shoots, Player B is then defending as Player C tries to beat Player B 1v1 to score.

Type: Ball Mastery
Team Function: 1v1
Zones: All zones
Duration: 30 minutes
Objectives: Introducing a first touch while pressure is coming, with abiltiy to dribble.
Emphasis: Positive first touch, control of the ball while dribbling, change of direction if needed
Coaching Points: Ball out infront when receiving, ball close while dribbling
Organization: 15x15 yard square, two goals 4-5 yards apart facing in opposite directions Two lines facing each other in between goals.
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls, goals
Goals: Players being able to receive a pass while being pressured, then being bale to make a good decision.
Instructions: Player A will pass to player B and close them down to try and win the ball. Player B will receive the ball and look to score on either net. If Player A wins the ball they can then score. Rotate lines.
