exercise 1 - call different colour cone, GK goes on cone colour called, sets position and receives chest shot

exercise 2 - start from next to goal, GK closes first post, pass to player in the middle, GK sets in the middle, middle passes to side and dribbles to cone, GK sets position, player passes across and shoots 

exercise 3 - passing between 2 in the middle, on go they pass to one side and finish, after the finish second ball is played to player that didnt shoot and he shoots
