Set up:
Group split up into 2 groups of 8. Four teams total
Organization
Red starts with a 4v2. If they can achieve 4 passes they can break out to play 4v2 in the next square to goal. No conditions in the new square just a 4v2 scrimmage. If the 2 win the ball in the first square they can go to goal or pass back to open up the game to a scrimmage. If they win the ball in the second square it opens up to a scrimmage.
Coaching Points
Step to player to deny space (offsides are in play)
Work with team mate to try to press and create numbers up.
Look to win the ball and attack quickly.

Set-Up
4v4 to target player and 2 counter goals. Other players in a rondo.
Organization
White attack big goal and red attack small goals and target player. Ball starts with the target who plays the ball wide to 7 or 11. Game starts as soon as the ball leaves the target players foot.
Progression: Can play to the 9 as well to begin.
Coaching Points
Step up on clearance. Try to get 7, 9 or 11 offside. Compact behind the ball.
Deny space
Win ball and expand try to hit target or counter goals early.

7v6 to 3 counter goals. Other players in a rondo.
Organization
White attack big goal and red attack small goals and target player. Ball starts with White 8 who can play to 11, 7 or 9 to begin.
Progression: Can play to 10 to begin also.
Coaching Points
Step up on clearance. Try to get 7, 9 or 11 offside. Compact behind the ball.
Deny space
Win ball and expand try to hit counter goals early if possible (goals represent 9, 10 and 11)

Set up
Players set up using cones as above.
Organization
Coach passes the ball into anyone. Both teams must then adjust from here. From this moment it is a regular game. Each time the ball goes out it starts from the coach with everyone going back to their cone. Finish with the last 20 minutes as a regular game and regular rules.
Coaching Points
All of points portrayed throughout the session should be enforced in a game situation.
