Set Up:
- Players: 10-12
- Grid Size: 25m wide (5m Wide Channels) x 30m long
Explanation:
- The aim is for the team in possession of the ball to have one player receive the ball in a wide channel before scoring in the small goal. Once a player has received the ball in the wide channel they have 3 touches.
- Defenders are not allowed to go into the wide area but must attempt to block passes into the middle zone.
Team task: To create width and depth when in possession of the ball and score a goal
Coaching Points:
Step up:
- Reduce grid size
- Add two touch limit
- Introduce pass limit to play a pass into a player in the wide channel
- Increase grid size
- Make wide channel bigger

Explanation:
- 5v5 or 6v6 free game
- Play restarts from coach or from the back
