How to Play

Red players pass the ball between each other - it must always be played through middle player. No scoring to start with.

Blue players move as ball moves to position themselves to stop ball being played through small goal.

Game Training (25 mins)

How to Play

Start point - Blue over-hit a pass to red defeders

Red team - Combine to score. One red player must stay back in defensive 3rd.

- Have use of the target player when in possession.

Blue team - Create a block to prevent red any goal scoring opportunities.

- Score by playing to target and receiving back or dribbling over end line.

Black Team - Neutral players - Play for team in possession

- One black team player can join attack when red in possession

Player Tasks

#1 - Clean up any through balls

#2 & 5 - Pressure WM on ball side, tuck in if ball on opposite side

#4 - Keep space between you and FB to a minimum

- Stop ST from getting on ball facing forward

#6 & 8 - Cut off passing line to opposition striker

- Pressure ball in the midfield

#7 & 11 - Central when ball central, pressure on ball side and tuck in when ball on opposite side
