Organisation
Players split into 2 groups & stand in circle as shown in diagram.
1 player in the middle, this player will lead the group. Try to make this someone who doesnt normally lead.
The Practice
Lead player is to shown the group a vareity of stretches. The group must copy each one. They should be encoraged to use both static & dynamic movements, working from head to toe.

Use the 30x30 grids set up for general practice & split into 2 groups ( 1 group in each grid)
The Practice
Chain Tag.
1 Player to start 'on'
The others are to space out around pitch
The Player whos is 'on' must attempt to tag the other players. If a player gets tagged they must join arms with the player(s) who tagged. The chain must stay linked at all times for any of the tags to count.

20 cones to be placed 5 yards apart in a row vertically up the sideline (10 on each side - 35-40 yards horrizantally opposite eachother) - As shown in 'Iitial Pitch Layout'
Players aer to pair up appropriatley with 1 football between them (spares must be available)
Each pair is to split & stand on opposite cones.
**NOTE** Some groups of 3 (on a rotation) may be required if area size is too small.
The Practice
Developing different techniques to switch play. Players must strike the ball from their end to the other (their partner). They should be encouraged to do so as the ball is moving (from first touch).
2 Blocks of 4 minuets with 1 min intervention plus 1 min transition to general
Block 1 - Lofted ball
Block 2 - Driven ball

Organisation
2 boxes of 30x30 yards to be set up, each split horrizontally into 15x30 zones.
Each box to have 4 marked corners (2 blue & 2 red (opposites) as seen in diagram)
10 Players per box (may need to adapt)
4 locked into corners with a 3v3+1 centrally
The Practice
Both teams can 'score' bycombining within half of the pitch with a minimum three passes and then passing the ball into the opposite respective corner. The player in the corner then drives centrally & player who passed must go in corner ( comman player cant switch out)
Can't switch playfrom A to A or B to B
In possession: At least one player in possession has to be in the opposite half (excluding corner players) They can be marked by an opposition player
Extra goals for switching playfrom one half to the other in one pass
