COORDINATION+FINISHING TASK
- Technical: running with the ball, making good feelings with the ball. Take control of driving (ball) and changes of direction and tuurns downs. keping the progresssion on methodologhy we introduce two new concepts: Dribling and finishing in small goal.
- Fitness Training: Focusing on individual coordination skills. Most important in this smaller ages they have to feel and get experiece on different activities. (Jumps: both feet jumps, landed on just one foot: Keep in Balance).
- Tactical: Body position, Heads-up, Beating your own nervous. Increasing drive´s ball speed.
- WE SET UP TWO COORDINATION AND TECHNICAL TASK.
2A: ZIG-ZAG + FINISHING.
2B: JUMP & BALANCE + FINISHING.
- There are 2 Teams that they compete to be the champions. Introduce a competitive point in order to motivate them (Purple Team Vs White Team). aT the end of time Team that score more goals game the competition (Don´t break rules).
- Championship Rules.
1. If players don´t complete well previous coordination work goal won´t be valid.
2. If players forget to do coordination work, goal won´t be valid.
3. Goal will be valid if players shots before finishing line.
- Time.

FINISHING ACTION IN SUPERIORITY
- Technical: running with the ball, making good feelings withdrivling and overlap looking for a goal. Throwing-up line. Take control of driving (ball) and changes of direction and. keping the progresssion on methodologhy we introduce a new concept: Use your teanmates to eliminate opponents through passing.
- Tactical: Body position, Heads-up. Increasing drive´s ball speed. Progress in the game. To be able to focus all attentoion of my defender and then passing the ball to my teanmate. From smaller categories introduce idea of teamworking and taking good decision like main tool to progress in football. There are a lot of space for being positive attacks. Defenders just can move in his white corridor.
- We set up two defensive areas (White), 2 progression areas (Green) and a Finishing box.
- There are 2 Teams that they compete to be the champions. Introduce a competitive point in order to motivate them (Purple Team Vs White Team). At the end of time Team that score more goals game the competition (Don´t break rules).
- Championship Rules.
1. Defensive players just cant move in his white area. When Ofensive players break this defensive line they mus stop.
2. If Defensive players get the possesion they can finishing shotting in small goals.
3. Two Defenders in firs White defensive area must be together all time. Touching their hands.
- The game starts When....
1. A ofensive player (Purple Team) throws up line lookig for conect with their two teamates. We can use this task tro introduce a Throwing -up (A important re-start situation in games for younger categoiries )
2. When ofensive players received the pass it stars a real game. They should progress in the game an create a finishing action to score a goal. However they have to beat 2 defensive lines before reach a finishing box.
1. First white area: Two defenders that they must keep together.
2. Second white area: Just one defender who can move easily and he defend more agressive than the other two .
3. When They (ofensive purple players) have gone across both defensive areas throug passing and teamworking they have to finish the action beating the goalkeeper.
- Time.
2. If defensive players get possesion easily and they don´t let the other team create finishing actions we can get a extra rule to limit defensive actions. (For example: Defensive players just can move on one leg).

- Technical/ Tactical: Running with the ball, Having to take decisions in a real game. Take control of driving (ball) and changes of direction. Keeping possesion and progress in the game. To continue progresssion on methodologhy we give our players a free game where we want they practise all concepts that we have been working for all training session.
- We set up three small side games (30m X 15m).
- There are Three courts. (Premier League, Second League and Third League).
- There are 6 Teams that they compete to be the champions. Introduce a competitive point in order to motivate them. When time´s out Team that keeps on first division will won the Premier League.
- Championship Rules
1. Matche´s Time (4 minutes). 20 minutes all task..
2. To avoid players waiting like goalkeepers on mini-goals all players must be in the same half side pitch all time. If one `payer save clearance action closer than 1 meter to the goal. Referee´s (coaches) will decide Goal or Penalty kick.
3. Team that wins go up meanwhile Team that lose the game go down.
4. If result is a draw when time is out. Every team will shot two penalty kicks (from half of pitch and without goalkeeper) to decide what team deserve ascending.or descending league.

COLOUR RUNS
- Technical: running with the ball, making good feelings with the ball. Take control of driving (ball) and changes of direction and tuurns downs.
- Tactical: Body position, Heads-up, Choose best choices to finish propperly the race.
- There are 4 cones of one each different colour placed in a square area.
- There are 3 Teams (one pero each clour) (3/4 players) making a line.
- We practise 2 times every variant (3 variants).
- Run Game kicks off when Coach says "Go". First player of each Team should drive the ball, focusing on not making mistakes, until one own cone, They pick up with his/her hands and come back to the line. Next player will start race when his teanmate give him/her "fives".
Team which collect before all cones will earn one point.
- Variants
1. Each player has to collect one own cone and bring back to line.2. We simulate "3 home areas" where players has to leave the cone. Every player can pick their own cone. Game finishes when all cones have being saved on my home.
3. We introduce 3 mini goals. Now when players score a goal can pick up and save one cone.
