1 ball in play at a time
Explanation
The aim of the practice is to exploit the 5v4 overload in the game box utilising the spare player create the space in the box after achieving the number of passes set before switching the play to the free player in any of the other boxes.
How
The game takes place in one box at a time but can shift to any other box after a set number of passes have been completed. The game box is4 v 4 +1, after the set number of passes has been completed the in possession team finds the spare player in any of the other boxes and the game transfers to the selected box with the 4 red and 4 blue players transitioning to the new box. The black bibbed player always plays with the in possession side.
If the ball goes out of play, out of possession team take possession via a kick in. If the ball to the new box free player isn’t received coach plays the ball to the neutral player who starts play with the new in possession team.
Each section last 2 mins before the teams swap roles.

1. Passing ranges required,
2. Add competition but operating a ladder passing target. Achieve 4 passes, next box is 5. Loose the ball you can either return to4 or they start again from the last rung they achieved.
What s Ifs

Explanation
Session is set to work on breaking lines passes, no positional references are used. One of the Red groups will be in possession of the ball and tasked with playing though, over or around(as shown) the defending blue team to the other 3 red team players on the other side of the divide.
How
The in possession team will be tasked with moving the ball around to create the space and time to pass between around or over the defensive blue players. Key objectives are to draw the defending team out of the tight formation, make the area big so a pass can be achieved.
