2) (Not shown on diagram) - 8 into 7 who comes inside, 8 overlaps to cross, 9 goes on blindside of furthest central defender and makes run to the front post, 10 to the back post and 11 balances u behind flight of the ball. 7 on edge for anything that breaks.

GRP - Attacking Combinations - 20 mins
Organisation
Coach calls 1 or 2 and that midfield player passes into one of the front 3 and both follow to make a 5v4 situation. Attackers look to combine to score on the big goal. If defenders win the ball they score on the smaller goals. Rotate defenders after two attacks. Swap front three after four attacks.
Progression
Add in retreating defender from central red cone.
Coaching Points
- Concentrating on making the back four become detached
1) CF moves onto closest away central defender and attracts him out of back four, pass is played to opposite central midfielder, first passer makes run in behind (into the space that central defender has left)
2) Wide attacker comes inside to receive pass and central midfielder makes overlapping run to create 2v1 against fullback
3) Two central midfielders and centre forward exchange passes centrally to encourage fullbacks to move inside then ball is quickly played to wide player who can penetrate on the outside
