Organization
- 4 goals are set up in two groups of two on a horizontal line
- In front of the two goals set up a triangle with a mannequin righ in the centre and a cone on on an angle either side. The triangle distance from goal will depend on the ability of the players
- Players will line up 5-7 yards from the mannequin at the opposite side to the goals
- Each player will need a ball
Activity
- Each player will take it in turns to dribble in to the mannequin before changing direction left or right and accelerating before striking at goal.
- The player should be aiming to shoot before reaching the cone
- Make sure each player uses both feet to strike the ball

Winger MUST get wide and can face up to the goal.
1) If winger has space and the passing lane is open - Outside Back should play early pass and overlap.
2) If winger is marked or passing lane is cut off - Outside back should drive at defender to combine with winger that has moved central.
