DESCRIPTION:
A.傳接球訓練,需要避開中間雪糕筒
B.近傳接球訓練,在短距離穩定迅速傳球
C.傳接球向前訓練,協調動作後把球傳至隊員位置然後進行射門
D.界外向前訓練,界外球開出,雪糕筒球員接應然後傳送給隊友射門

紫色線四位球員進行橫傳,抓緊機會或留意教練指示把球傳到中場球員然後前鋒準備攻門,翼衛前插傳球,防守球員便可以上前作防守。
AIMS:留意防守球員距離及位置
因應防守球員而作決定(撞牆式傳球/穿透式傳球/個人突破)

DESCRIPTION:
半場範圍進行4vs3練習
龍門發球,禁區內只有龍門及兩名隊員進行傳球,禁區內會有一名防手干擾AIMS:
配合防守時機訓練
Defensive timing training
當球員決定向右傳球時,可因應防守球員之距離 及位置決定cut in示意接應撞牆回傳或可控球上腳轉身作1v1 進攻
左路球員要走位、擺脫作支援進攻(無球進攻1v1)
BEHAVIOURS:
抬頭觀察場上隊友的位置及距離

未能尋找到人數優勢或個人突破機會,應重新組織(reposition),再尋找情況出現 因應防守球員距離及位置,決定是否採用Wall
CONDITIONS:
進展 (一) 防守搶奪皮球後利用傳送或個人技能把球傳到教練位置
進展(二) 每次攻勢須在20秒內完成

示意準備作接應
回傳時之決定,用腳內或腳外作撞牆回傳 支援者因應防守球員距離及位置,決定撞牆回傳給隊友(可觀察進 攻位置較遠之第二名隊友有否意圖接應Wall pass)或作1v1進攻
接應撞牆回傳後要hard touch加速
進攻位置另一邊之進攻球員要擺脫防守球員,走位拉空位置作支
援進攻(可嘗試參與接應wall pass傳球)
於左右兩邊邊路進攻,嘗試將防守拉開
進攻時不停尋找人數優勢3v2,2v1,1v1之機會 當防守密度高時選擇用小組進攻(combination),相反防守密度低時應選擇用1v1個人突破(solo play)未能尋找到人數優勢或個人突破機會,應重新組織(reposition),再尋找情況出現 因應防守球員距離及位置,決定是否採用Wall Passing技術
