2/5- High and Wide 1 higher/1 lower

6- central (has freeedom to lose mark) *very important as they will be the first player to support the side the ball goes to with numbers 3/4

8- our half off the shoulder of the center circle

10 - our half on the half way line

7- Wide in other teams half (not on the line, give 2 the channel)

11- Wide in other teams half (not on the line, give 5 the channel) - different height then 7

9- between other teams 2 central defenders

3/4 (turn into left/right backs) stay compact - off 18' box corners

6- (turns into CB) off to one of the side of the 18' box circle (play behind 3/4)

5- high and wide left mid

2- plays a little lower then 5 just on the line

8- takes 6 position/roles and responsibilities (plays in the gaps)

11- joins the midfielders just out side of the center circle

10- stays high and a bit wider (not to the line)

7- outside center circle on the shoulder looking to find pockets to run into

9- plays between CBs (high)

9- cuts off passing line to gk and continues to put pressure from behind

7- shifts to the side but is aware of players behind (cut off passing lines towards the middle)

10- puts pressure on the player on the line (force them down the line and add pressure slightly to their side so they cant cut in or turn you)

8- holds the middle (observes teams shape looks to cover and balance)

6- cuts off passing option to strikersand adds support to 2 if they try to win the ball

2- shut players down on the line
