5 players inside triangles without the ball
the rest are dribbling with the ball inside the area and attempt to pass the ball to one of the players inside triangle
once the pass is done players switch roles
receiving player must take his first touch and exit triangle through one of the sides
Coaching Points:
positive first touch
make sure you exit through one of the sides of triangle
stay in the back of triangle to have space for first touch
pass on eye contact
