6 v 6 in middle zone. 2 players on endline act as targets.
Players try to keep ball away from opposition:
- 20 passes wins
- Transfer from 1 target to other (5 pts wins)
- 1 direction for each team (pass into target and give and go)
Coaching points:
- Quality of pass
- Communication
- Body position to receive
- Quick expansion (width and depth)
- Play forward when possible / possess if not

Patterns to goal :
A - Ball is played into the top of box who combine and shoot on goal.
B - Ball is played into player on top of box who sets, ball is then played out wide. Player crosses into the set-er.
C - After B is completed, an additional shot is introduced (1 plays into box to 2 who sets 1 touch back to B who shoots on goal)
