Instructions:
3v1. Attacking team have three scoring options. Score in a mini-goal: 1 point. Dribble through the red gate 3 points.
We play 2 minutes rounds and switch teams.
The offensive team must always decide between possession and shooting or penetration to find the gate. It will lead to decision making and space awareness.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Team communication skills.
- Head up before and after receiving to identify where is the pressure and in which direction should the first touch be directed.
- Importance of Passing, receiving and movement.
- Space awareness.
- Decision making.
- Support teammates at good angles. It must lead the team to keep possession and find penetration chances.
Progressions:
Add one defender.

Instructions:
We play 3v3 games with two lanes on the sides. Once a player stays with the ball inside the lane, he is safe and nobody can steal that ball. That player have 5 seconds to use the lane.
Normal goal: 1 point.
Goal after using one lane: 2 points.
Goal after using two lanes: 3 points.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- What it worth more, to use the lane or to play inside balls?
- When using the lane, where should the teammates give support?
- Decision making: Penetration -vs- Possesion. Lead the players to use possession to attract pressure until they find space to dribble in and try to score.
- Importance of first touch to take advantage of the advantage achieved.
Regression/ Progression:
Reg: unlimited seconds to use the lane.
Pro: Less seconds to use the lane / Touch limitation when using the lane.

WARM UP GAME (15 mins) (15 mins)
WARM UP GAME:
Rondo game. Coach plays ball in.
Team with the ball tries to keep possesion.
One player of the defending team goes inside the opposite zone and tries to steal the ball. Once that player steals, run back to their zone and switch attackers-defenders.
The team that completes more consecutive passes wins.
Coaching Points:
- Head up to identify where is the pressure.
- Short passing when the pressure is far, long passing when the pressure is near.
- Team communication.
- Movement to create passing lines and make the defender job as difficult as possible.
