Organization: Set up a 15–20m area with two small nets in opposite corners, red cones on the middle line for start positions, and divide 8–12 players into two groups for 1v1 challenges.
Condition: A player passes to the opponent on the middle cone, triggering a 1v1 challenge toward the small nets.
Challenges (In Possession): Players must control the first touch, exploit space, and aim to finish quickly into one of the nets.
Challenges (Out of Possession): Defenders must press at full speed, close space fast, and force the attacker onto their weaker foot.
Target: Both players aim to score in the mini goals, and if the defender wins the ball, immediate transition play is encouraged.
Mechanics: Key techniques include dribbling, finishing, defending, passing, and controlling the first touch.

Topic: Small side game with small nets (King of the Court)
Organization: Set up a 25m x 18m field with 4 teams of 3 players, playing in rotations where each team plays three matches and points determine the winner.
Condition: The game follows basic rules and emphasizes quick, continuous play.
Challenges: Players must react quickly on the ball and stay highly engaged due to the smaller team size and faster pace.
Target: Small net.
Mechanics to be delivered: The focus is on dribbling, shooting, defending, passing, communication, combinations, and creativity.
Adaptations:
Progression: Introduce limited touches or require a set number of passes before scoring.
Regression: Increase the field size to allow more space and time on the ball.

Organization: Set up a large circle or square with a smaller box in the center, where players with balls stay outside and players without balls start inside.
Challenges: Inside players sprint out to perform a basic technique with an outside player, then quickly return to the box and decide their next move.
Conditions: Each round lasts 2 minutes, after which players switch roles, and every inside player must sprint back to the box before choosing a new outside partner.
Mechanics: The drill focuses on passing, scanning, heading, short sprints, and strong communication.
