Explanation
Play starts with Red goalkeeper playing to Central Defender, who's aim is to score using wide players to try and exploit the blues who are narrow and utilise the numerical advantage.
How
Coach works with Red team only and look to use the in-possession principles of the session using 3 touch to get the ball wide in as many occasions as they can before driving in the penalty area to score.
If Blue team gain possession of the ball, then they adopt in possession principles to maintain realism and as the wide players are locked out wide then they will have numerical advantage.
Challenges, Conditions and Targets
Red team have 5 seconds per player on the ball.
Wide players are locked in
1 player from Blue team can go into wide zone as soon as a wide player receives the ball.
If Defending team (Blue) win the ball they have 10 seconds to attack if they win the ball.
