Possession Formation
This formation is designed to optimize central overloads, setting up plentiful targets for the wide 10s, 2 and 3 to deliver the ball from flank service.
For every arrow drawn, there is a counter movement for any tangible player, thus maintaining Height Width & Depth around the player with the ball.

Defensive Transition
Essentially the exact opposite movement of the Attacking Formation arrows will create a more compressed formation built on Pressure Cover & Balance, while packing the center in a way that should not allow opponents to break the lines of defense.
Quickly building a compressed defensive block in transition allows both the Pressure and Cover players to pursue the strong side attackers, knowing that Balance will be maintained on the weak side and central players will create congestion.

Starting Formation Shape
This formation is not so different from a foundational 4-3-3. It simply asks the "3 10s" to play in a more creative way to build an overloaded central attack. This formation encourages the outside backs to support the attack with flank play. The 6 and 8 are primarily the connection or transition unit, flowing in and out of both the attack and defense, to meet the needs of the team.
