- Team winning possession plays neutral in wide channel
- Neutrals have 2-3 touches to serve ball into attacking area to be finished
Coaching Points:
*Find wide players in good positions to serve
*Organize runs into area
*Mentality to finish and clear ball
Possible Adaptations:
- Allow teams to score without playing wide players but increase points for balls scored off crosses
- Increase points for balls scored out of air on headers, volleys, etc.

- Blue team is in possession while Yellows defend with two players, the rest of Yellows occupy second grid
- If Yellows win ball they need to playe the ball over to their teammates and join them, Red team then sends two players into the Yellow team zone and three to wait in the other zone, Blue team comes off
- Points awarded for designated number of consecutive passes (or splits of defenders)
