Players jog around inside the box, coach/captain calls out the progression
1) Jumping- players will jump and bump sides/shoulders with a teammate
2) Pushing- players will make eye contact or communicate with a teammate & lightly push them off balance
3) 1 Man Jump- players will place their hand on another players shoulder & use them to jump up into the air
When the captain or coach yells "Go" the players will leave the box sprinting towards either set of white cones in a line outside the box, they will touch the cone, run though the box and touch a white cone on the otherside of the box, apon completion they will reenter the box.
"Go" can be used to trasition between progressions or said at anytime.
