Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- The red team is going to play the ball in the air across to their teammate diagonal of them.
- The teammate is going to trap the ball within the square, take a touch out, and shoot.
- Then the blue team will go.
- The people crossing will go to the box outside of the goalie box, and the people shooting will get into the back of their team’s line.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The objective is to control the first touch on the ball to where is doesn’t go far from you.
- Players should use their body to cushion the ball down to their feet so they can shoot.
- They will also need the trap it in a spot where they should be able to shoot from.
- People on the left will shoot with their right foot and people on the right will shoot with their left foot.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- This is a 5v5 game plus 2 keepers.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The objective is to get goals.
- The players can only chip the ball.
- The long space provided allows for opportunities to make runs for those chips.
- Adding the chipping allows the players to work on their ball control.
- Players should also be aware of their opponents when controlling the ball or they will easily loose it.

- Player A will toss the ball in the air to Player B.
- Player B will trap the ball down and play back on the ground to Player A.

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- Players should be able to adjust to cushion the ball so that it does not go far from their feet.
- Player A will give Player B different kinds of tosses so Player B will have to move and touch the ball differently.
- The objective of this drill is to trap the ball with enough control that the player should be able to step and pass.
