1.Activity starts with central attacker selecting one of the servers to receive the ball from
2.As central player receives the ball from one attacker the attacker on the other side joins to make 2v1
3.Once the attacker receives the ball they cannot play back to the server
4.The attackers attempt to combine to score
5.If the defender wins the ball they play out to counter goals and the game restarts with the attacker again selecting a server
6.Rotate players after set time intervals
Coaching Points:
1.Deny player the opportunity to turn
2.Keep both attackers in view at all times
3.Separate player with the ball from support player to create 1v1
4.Force central attacking player away from goal
5.Be patient
6.Moments to tackle
Progressions:
P – Move counter and service area further back so that defender has more space to defend

2.Angle and distance of 2nd defender should protect central space
3.Ability to change roles quickly and correctly
4.2nd defender needs to keep both attackers in view
